Data Collection

Camera Controller Universal does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The app operates entirely offline.

Local Storage

The app stores your settings and camera presets in the Windows Registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CameraControllerUniversal. This data never leaves your device. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting the registry key manually.

Camera Access

The app accesses your camera hardware solely to provide live preview and camera control functionality. Video frames are processed locally and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted — except when you save a preset, in which case a single thumbnail image is captured and stored locally in the registry alongside your preset data.

Third-Party Services

The app does not connect to any external servers, APIs, analytics services, or advertising networks. It makes no network requests of any kind.

Children's Privacy

The app does not collect data from any user, including children. No age verification is required or performed.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
